Short version: we don't require an account, we don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your theme and currency choices stay on your own device.
What we store
- Preferences (in your browser). Your dark-mode and currency selections are saved
in your browser's
localStorage(apc-theme,apc-currency). They never leave your device and we cannot read them. Clear your browser storage to remove them. - Newsletter email (only if you submit it). If you enter an email in the digest sign-up, we use it solely to send the monthly AIPlanPicker digest. We never sell or rent it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What we don't do
- No user accounts, profiles or logins.
- No advertising or third-party tracking/marketing cookies.
- No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
Third-party services
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address is necessarily visible to Google as part of that request — this is standard for any site using a font CDN. We use it only to render the typeface. Links to vendor websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in future (for aggregate page counts only), we will update this policy first.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA (including Norway), the GDPR gives you rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing or request portability. Because the only personal data we may hold is a newsletter email you chose to give us, you can exercise all of these by emailing us — we will action requests promptly.
Data retention
Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Browser preferences are retained on your device until you clear them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
